Live Well. Build Well.
HDY Haus helps organisations turn recurring questions, scattered knowledge, unclear participation, and disconnected member experiences into practical systems people can understand and use.
Recognise the problem
None of these arrive as a crisis. They arrive as a slow tax on the people who are already busiest.
Your team answers it again and again. The answer exists in a document, a thread, or someone’s head, but nobody can find it at the moment they need it.
What your organisation knows is spread across tools and individuals. When someone leaves, a part of how the work gets done leaves with them.
Nobody complains. They stop opening the emails, stop attending, and stop renewing. The first clear signal is the renewal report, by which point the conversation is harder.
There is plenty of activity, but no shared sense of what the space is for, who it serves, or what good participation actually looks like.
Services
Each one starts with a fixed price you can see before you make an enquiry, and each one ends with something your team can actually use.
Starting price €1,250
For teams answering the same questions repeatedly.
Find the questions that keep coming back, locate the answers that already exist, and put them where people are already looking.
Starting price €1,250
For membership organisations losing people quietly.
Follow the member journey from the first enquiry through to renewal, and identify the specific points where people disengage.
Introductory price €750
For communities that are active but unclear.
One week on a single community problem, ending in a written decision you can act on rather than another round of discussion.
Starting price €1,000
For teams who need the skill in the room, not in a report.
A working session built around your own material, so your people leave having practised the method on the problem in front of them.
Why this matters
The cost rarely appears as a line on a budget. It appears as time, attention, and goodwill spent on work that should not need doing twice.
The person who knows the answer becomes the bottleneck for everyone who does not. That is an expensive way to run a support desk, and an unrewarding way to work.
When knowledge is undocumented, onboarding depends on whoever has time to explain it. Every new hire pays the same tax, and so does the colleague teaching them.
Members judge the value of belonging by the experience between payments. If that experience is unclear, the renewal conversation starts from a weaker position.
Without a shared record of what was decided and why, teams solve the same problem from scratch, and improvements depend on who happens to be in the room.
How HDY Haus works
The method does not change with the size of the organisation. What changes is how much of it you need.
01
We agree what problem we are solving and what a good outcome looks like, in plain terms, before any work begins. If the problem is not the one you first described, we say so.
02
We look at what already exists. Support tickets, help content, onboarding, member journeys, community activity, and the tools holding it together. Evidence first, opinion second.
03
You receive specific recommendations, ordered by what will make the most difference for the least effort, with the reasoning shown so your team can challenge it.
04
Recommendations only count once they are in use. We stay available while your team puts the changes in place, so the work does not stop at the document.
Why HDY Haus
This is the ground the recommendations come from. It is a working list of what HDY Haus has actually done, not a list of subjects we are willing to read about.
Designing the material that teaches people to use a product without needing to ask.
Capturing what an organisation knows so it survives holidays, handovers, and departures.
Running and improving the queue itself, from first response through to resolution and review.
Structuring articles so people find the right one at the moment the question arrives.
The full journey from first enquiry to renewal, and the quiet gaps between the two.
The first days that decide whether someone becomes a confident user or a support ticket.
Defining what a space is for, who it serves, and what good participation looks like.
The practical work of keeping a space useful, welcoming, and worth returning to.
Nearly seven years supporting WordPress membership customers, on the tools themselves.
Working in public, contributing back, and building on tools organisations can own.
Teaching the method to the people who will use it after the engagement ends.
Ordering content and navigation so the structure matches how people actually look for things.
Who is behind this
HDY Haus was founded by Mary Mojisola Job, a Customer Education and Knowledge Management Professional, Community Systems Strategist, and WordPress and Open Source Advocate.
Her career began in hospitality in Lagos in 2012, where the standard was simple. Understand what someone actually needs, and give them a clear answer. Fourteen years of customer experience later, that is still the standard the work is held to, whether the subject is a help centre, a membership journey, or a community that has outgrown its own structure.
Nearly seven years of that has been spent supporting WordPress membership customers directly, which is where the pattern behind these four services became clear. The same questions arrive repeatedly, the answers usually exist somewhere already, and the gap is almost never effort. It is structure.
She holds a Master of Information Resources Management with a specialisation in Knowledge Management, which is the formal grounding underneath the practical method.
Proof
These are the three testimonials HDY Haus holds. There are no client logos, no invented figures, and no case studies that have not happened yet.
We came in overwhelmed and stuck in reactive work. Within weeks, we had a clear plan, improved workflows, and a structure the team could actually follow.
Ade
Founder, Cepit Imaging
HDY Haus did not just recommend tools. They designed a workflow that matched how we actually work and made onboarding easier.
Daydah
Operations Lead, JibiTech
The best part was the implementation support. They worked with our team, trained staff, and ensured the changes actually stuck.

Program Manager, Eagle Eye Operations
Products and tools
Not every problem needs an engagement. Some of this you can pick up and use the same week.
Packs and templates built from the same method as the services, for teams who would rather do the work themselves.

Insights
Short pieces on customer education, knowledge, membership, and community. Published when there is something worth saying, not to a schedule.
In a channel, the organisation talks and the audience receives. In a community, members talk to each other. Most spaces described as communities fail that test.
A help centre rarely fails because the articles are badly written. It fails because it was built to describe the product rather than to answer the question the customer arrived with.
Most cancellations are not decisions. They are the moment somebody finally gets round to acting on something that stopped being true weeks earlier.
HDY Haus is a consulting and transformation company built to help people work smarter, live better, and grow sustainably. This is why we exist, who we serve, and what it really means to live well and build well.
