About
HDY Haus Group works with customer education teams, membership organisations, and the people who run communities. The work is practical, it is written down, and it is built so your team can carry it on after the engagement ends.
Philosophy
Two ideas sit behind everything here. Systems should make life easier for the people inside them, and they should be built well enough to last without constant repair.
Most of the problems this practice is asked to solve are not really technology problems. They are the daily cost of a system that was never designed for the person using it.
When a customer cannot find an answer, they ask a person. When a member cannot see what their membership is for, they quietly stop renewing. When a community has no clear purpose, activity replaces progress. In each case somebody absorbs the cost, usually a small team already stretched thin.
Live Well means designing for that person first. The measure of a good system is whether the people inside it spend less of their day working around it.
A recommendation you cannot act on is not a recommendation. It is an opinion with a nicer cover.
Every engagement ends with something written: findings tied to evidence, a decision you can act on, or a map of where people are dropping away. It is written so the next person who reads it, months later, can still use it.
Build Well means the work outlives the engagement. You should not need to hire us again to benefit from what we did together.
The measure of a good system is whether the people inside it spend less of their day working around it.

How this practice runs
These are not aspirations. They are the terms the work is delivered on, and they are published here so you can point at them.
Every price and every scope is on the service pages. You do not have to sit through a call to find out what something costs.
Nothing starts until what is being reviewed, what you receive, and the fee are confirmed in writing. The fee does not change partway through.
Each problem in a report is tied to the evidence behind it, not to a general opinion about best practice.
If none of these services is the right answer for your situation, you will be told that plainly rather than fitted into the nearest one.
If any of this turns out not to be true in practice, say so directly and it will be put right.
Who this is for
The work is deliberately narrow. These are the problems it is genuinely good at.
Your team answers the same questions week after week. Documentation exists, but nobody can find the current version, and new customers ask for help before they reach their first result. The knowledge is there. The route to it is not.
People join, and then they go quiet. Renewal season arrives and the numbers are worse than expected, but nobody can point to where in the journey the interest was lost. The gap is rarely at renewal. It is usually much earlier.
The community is active. Posts happen, people show up, and yet it is hard to say what the community is actually for or what it is moving towards. Activity is not the same as progress, and busy communities can drift for years.

Who does the work
Founder, HDY Haus Group
HDY Haus Group is a specialist practice. The founder leads every engagement personally, so the person you speak to during an enquiry is the person who does the work.
That is a deliberate way of working rather than a limit on what the company can take on. Scope is defined tightly and published in full, which keeps the promise and the delivery the same thing, and it means nothing is lost in the handover between the person who sold the work and the person who delivers it.
