Community Clarity Sprint

Description

One focused week on a single community problem, ending in a written decision you can act on rather than another round of discussion.

You book the sprint, complete a short brief, and the week starts. It ends with a ninety minute working session and a written decision note that records the recommendation, the reasoning behind it, and the options that were considered and set aside. The note is written to be shared with people who were not in the room.

Introductory price for the first cohort of sprints. If the sprint turns out to be the wrong fit for your problem, you are told before any work begins and refunded in full.
